Configuration from A to Z11 Extra Information

You can enable a weekly battery maintenance charge in the Advanced Settings. Go to 'Settings' --> 'Advanced Settings', open the section 'Battery control' and set 'Enable weekly battery maintenance charge' to True. You can change the day ('Weekday of battery maintenance charge', Monday by default) and the hour at which the charge ends ('Final hour of battery maintenance charge', 04:00 by default). The batteries are charged some hours before that hour and then hold their charge. Click 'Save' below the section. See also Advanced settings.

Tip
Tip

The maintenance charge makes sure that the battery cells are internally balanced.

Warning
Warning
  • The maintenance charge requires that a local control mode is set for storage. If set to "Don't control", the maintenance charge will not be executed.
  • The maintenance charge only works with local control modes, so it may not be executed if there is an external signal active.
